Responsibilities

• Monitoring and optimisation of production processes in the extrusion area
• Analysis and troubleshooting of production plant malfunctions
• Conducting trials to further develop production methods
• Training and supporting production staff
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Completed studies in plastics engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field. Alternatively, a technical basic education with corresponding further training (HF, TS) as well as several years of practical experience
• Experience in compounding and extrusion, ideally in the plastics or construction industry
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
