What you can achieve
Independent handling and management of various projects (from planning, through implementation and support, to evaluation and reporting) concerning contaminated sites law, waste law and soil science issues with the following focuses:
- Conducting historical and technical contaminated site investigations
- Waste law construction supervision of demolition and transformation areas
- Preparation of soil reports, including pollutant investigations
- Participation in the acquisition of new projects
- Assumption of tasks in project controlling
Your skills are
- a BSc/MSc degree in earth/geosciences/environmental sciences or a related discipline
- Sound knowledge of regional geology and environmental legislation (AltlV, VVEA, VBBo)
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of contaminated sites, waste and soil
- Confident use of the German language in spoken and written form
- Communication and coordination skills, committed, responsible and goal-oriented working style
- Team spirit, a high degree of initiative and reliability
- Enjoyment of personal contact with clients, planners and companies
- Knowledge of specialised software such as DC, ArcGIS/QGIS and data management programmes is required
