Cook EFZ or EBA (Apprenticeship)
Starting August 1, 2026, we offer an apprenticeship as
Right in a lively school building, you will prepare fresh and balanced meals daily together with us for around 300 students. Our state-of-the-art kitchen, the well-coordinated team, and our focus on sustainability and regionality offer you the ideal place for your training. During the apprenticeship, you will look beyond the plate: you will also visit a farm, a butcher's shop, or learn from the fishmonger how to professionally process fish.
And the best part: Your working hours are Monday to Friday (during the day), without fixed evening or weekend shifts.

You bring with you:
- You are creative in handling food and open and curious about new things
- When it gets hectic in the kitchen, you keep a cool head and the overview
- You have a sense of humor, like to pitch in, and want to give it your all together with us
