For our Laboratory Division (Analytical), which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances and analytical instruments, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Service Trainer in Thermal Analysis 100% (all genders).In this role, your responsibilities would include:You train service staff.You provide worldwide hotline support via email and telephone.You repair instrumentation sent in for depot repair and from our internal instrumentation pool.You write service manuals and develop service documentation, like preventive maintenance and calibration SOPs.You help create multi-media service content like How-to service videos or augmented reality content.You support product development projects of thermal analysis products such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), concerning serviceability, spare parts definition, service software functionality, and troubleshooting possibilities.
