Skills
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Perigon and Abacus is a plus.

In this varied role, you will take on central administrative tasks and thereby support our nursing professionals in their daily work immediately or by arrangement:
Administrative Officer (50-70%)
Your tasks
- Participation in the operational daily business of a lively Spitex operation
- Telephone contact point for clients, relatives, partners, and internal employees
- General reception and administrative tasks (incoming/outgoing mail, email, cash register, filing)
- Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Assistance in human resources with administrative tasks
- Minute taking at meetings
- Support of management in further administrative activities
- Assistance in organizing the meal service as well as coordination of aid lending and sales
- Support with IT and marketing tasks (e.g., management of IT systems, contact point for employees, maintenance of the website via web host)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training EFZ or equivalent
- Experienced MS Office user, experience with Perigon and Abacus is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick comprehension, initiative, and solution-oriented work
- High service orientation, discretion, and communication skills
- Openness to a career change into healthcare or already experience in the industry
