We are looking for an exciting personality ready to commit as Deputy Operations Manager

The first tibits in French-speaking Switzerland is looking for team members for our gem located in the iconic Buffet de la Gare de Lausanne, opening in January 2026.
Every day, we lovingly prepare high-quality food in our kitchen and delight our guests. Be part of our success story!

Your responsibilities:

Passionate host
Active participation in operational activities (taking over tasks from the Head of Service and weekend shifts)
Management: recruiting employees, preparing work schedules, leading, training, promoting, and supervising about 15 Front staff
Preparation of daily accounting and cash reports
Handling daily administrative tasks
Ordering and receiving goods and monthly inventory

You demonstrate leadership combining empathy and clarity. You are flexible and ready to work evenings and weekends as needed. As Deputy to the Operations Manager, you are comfortable with common office software and support her in overall business management. For this responsible position, we offer targeted support to facilitate your integration. During the first months, you will learn our procedures and processes at all levels.
You have developed your technical and managerial skills through various experiences in the restaurant industry. A complete training and advanced specialization in this field are an additional advantage. You enjoy direct contact with customers and teamwork, but you are also comfortable with common IT tools.
