About the job

• Advice and support for our subsidiaries and departments in all operational legal matters with a focus on: competition law, commercial and contract law, and labor law
•  Analysis of complex legal cases and development of practical, economically sound solution proposals
•  Support in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
•  Contract management: review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts with internal and external partners
•  Project work: early integration of the legal perspective in projects and close cooperation with the respective operational units
•  Training: design and implementation of training sessions for employees
• Coordination of external law firms: briefing, management, and quality control of external lawyers

• Completed studies in law (Lic. iur. / MLaw) including bar admission or other legal further education
•  Several years of legal professional experience in a company or a commercial law firm
•  Native German speaker and very good knowledge of French. Good English skills are a plus
•  Experience in the M&A environment is an advantage
•  Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
•  Strong sense of responsibility, high service orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
•  Good communication skills and assertiveness
