The Zurich Cantonal Bank is committed to philanthropy through the ZKB Philanthropy Foundation as well as the management and administration of independent foundations. This leadership role is responsible for the management mandates of a variety of independent foundations and leads a dedicated team of up to 5 employees.

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for the management and administration of several independent foundations (grant and family foundations)
Responsibility for collaboration with foundation boards, authorities, and other stakeholders
Monitoring and controlling the financial resources of the foundations, including annual financial statements and reporting
Implementation of funding strategies and handling of application management
Responsibility for and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordination and collaboration with internal specialist departments (e.g. asset management, compliance, inheritance advice, tax department) as well as external partners (auditors, foundation supervision, etc.)
Identification and implementation of process optimisations along the entire service chain

Your Profile

Completed studies in economics, social sciences, or law (or a related field)
Extensive experience in the foundation sector, ideally in a comparable role
Very good knowledge of finance and accounting as well as foundation law
Representative personality with strong communication and consulting skills, a high service orientation, and a pronounced sense of responsibility
Leadership person with proven coordination and delegation skills
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills advantageous (especially English)
