To strengthen our team in the logistics area, we are looking for a motivated and committed logistics employee 60% at the Hochdorf location from 01.09.2026, fixed-term until 31.12.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You take over the planning, further development and coordination of the team.
- You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the employees.
- You independently and competently manage communication between all internal process participants.
- You actively support the team and department management in optimising and further developing the operational process.
- You continuously analyse ongoing processes and identify process optimisations and simplifications within your department and implement them actively and independently.
- You are responsible for coordinating the onboarding and administrative process of new employees in your department.
- You consistently maintain order, cleanliness and safety standards.
- You participate in relevant meetings and subsequently inform the team about the most important topics.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training in logistics and ideally further training in the specialist area.
- Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
- You have a strong sense of organisation and improvisation and a highly developed initiative.
- You use available resources cost- and environmentally consciously.
- You convince with a positive attitude towards work and can transfer this to your team and motivate it sustainably.
- You are versatile and have a hands-on mentality; you also enjoy working in a team.
- You are open and motivated towards change and like to make your own decisions, which you can implement.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
