Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF at 60%
Responsibilities / Main tasks
- Independent, competent and resource-oriented care of our clients in their home environment
- Direct exchange with our customers, relatives and the interdisciplinary team
- Digital documentation for efficient work organisation with Perigon
- Assuming extended responsibility and shaping modern care processes, case management
- Daily responsibility on a rota basis
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Inter Rai HC knowledge is an advantage or willingness to complete the basic course
- Confident in the application and execution of the entire care process including needs assessment
- Joy and motivation for care in the outpatient sector
- High social competence, teamwork and empathy
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least B2
- Driving licence category B and own car
- Structured and independent way of working
