Logistics Staff Cash Desk West
The Cash Desk West in the heart of Bern is responsible for managing cash transactions (disbursement and receipt of cash) with partners of the SNB. It serves bank personnel at its customer counter. In addition, it handles the exchange of older banknotes for the general public.

Assisting with the delivery and collection of cash as well as logistical activities; shared responsibility for cash availability and inventory management;

Contact person for the professional, administrative and organisational support of our agencies and partners in the cash market;

Occasional administrative tasks (e.g. multilingual correspondence, recording simple bookings, etc.);

Proactive development of existing documentation processes;

Participation in working groups and projects, reporting and preparation of statistics.

Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification;

Practical experience in SAP (preferably SAP EWM);

Experience in inventory management;

High sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive information;

Excellent customer orientation, independence and problem-solving skills;

Good knowledge of German and French (Italian skills an advantage).
