Your Tasks

Co-responsibility for professional, individual care and support of our residents in the protected living area, taking into account the care process
Implementation of primary nursing and associated close interprofessional collaboration
Vocational training for the FAGE and AGS levels
Ensuring a high quality of care and support
Taking over shift responsibility in the department
Recognizing crisis and emergency situations and initiating appropriate
measures with the support of the house management

What You Bring

Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification with corresponding SRK recognition
Professional experience in inpatient long-term care or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this new field
Independent, reliable, and precise working style as well as the ability to respond flexibly to changes
Enjoyment of daily work with elderly people
Good oral and written German skills
