Tasks
- Maintain production systems with preventative maintenance and repair tasks.
- Quickly identify and resolve disruptions to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate orders with external partners and suppliers for efficient operations.
Skills
- You have a foundational education as a Polymechaniker/in, EFZ or similar.
- Several years of experience in industrial maintenance and upkeep.
- Knowledge in electrical engineering and hydraulic systems is a plus.

About the job
For FISCHER AG Precision Spindles- You are jointly responsible for the maintenance of production facilities as well as their preventive maintenance and repairs
- You locate, analyse and resolve faults within a useful timeframe, thus reducing possible production downtime
- Systematic maintenance and repair in a mechanical engineering company with a modern machine park (focus on mechanical processing on CNC turning centres / CNC milling centres / grinding machines)
- Troubleshooting and collaboration on overhauls, conversions and expansions of the machine park
- Responsible for coordinating and processing orders in cooperation with external partners and suppliers
- You have a basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, plant or apparatus builder EFZ or as a machine mechanic EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in industrial operational maintenance/repair
- Knowledge of electrical and control technology as well as knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage
- You have an independent and practical working style as well as a high willingness to help and a service mentality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC skills are desirable
