Gala Restaurationsbetriebe AG stands for first-class gastronomy and excellent service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed assistant cook/entremetier (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Managing your own station
• Responsibility for the entremetier station
• Preparation and plating of side dishes, pasta dishes, soups and vegetables
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Assistance with goods receipt and storage
• Ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Passion for cooking and enjoyment of the kitchen
• Team spirit, reliability and resilience
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German
