Working Student IT Product Requirements 50-60%

We are seeking a working student to support our Enterprise Architecture Team in further developing and improving the central Enterprise Architecture repository application. You will be part of an international, agile Scrum team, collaborating closely with enterprise architects and software developers. As Working Student IT Product Requirements, you will serve as the bridge between business and IT - capturing and refining business needs, translating them into a structured backlog, shepherding each item through development, safeguarding quality, and championing smooth rollout and adoption. This position is initially fixed-term until the end of 2026.
What You Will Do
- Gather and analyse business requirements with subject-matter experts
- Create clear, testable user stories describing those requirements
- Hand over user stories to the development team and clarify open questions
- Create and execute test plans prior go-live
- Train end users and maintain up-to-date user documentation
What You Bring
- Current bachelor or master studies in the field of business informatics, business information technology or similar.
- Sound IT background and knowledge about software development processes and software programming is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively while also demonstrating autonomy, strong time management skills, and proactiveness.
- Strong communication skills, openness, flexibility
- Very good verbal and written skills in English.
