Service Advisor 100% (m/f)

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
• Preparing cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to invoicing
• Handling damage reports, clarifications with insurance companies and experts
• Responsible for smooth warranty processing
• Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
• Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed

Your profile

• Completed basic automotive technical training and preferably further training in the commercial field
• Initial experience in a similar role
• Very good German skills, additional foreign languages (English/Italian) are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
• High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
• Organisational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
