The Terra Vecchia Foundation is an organization established in the canton of Bern. The 17 associated enterprises focus on social therapy and residential support as well as work integration and production.

The stylish farmhouse from the 16th century is located on the northwestern slopes of the Frienisberg. From here, there is a view of the Jura and the Seeland. An ideal place for our clients to take new paths. The Saurenhorn social therapy is an inpatient group therapy for men aged 20 and over with a substance-related addiction disorder.

For the inpatient social therapy Saurenhorn, we are looking for an

Employee for evening, night, and weekend service (ENW) starting immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Contact person for clients during shifts
• Medication administration according to indication plan
• Accompanying and supporting clients in the evening, at night, and on weekends
• Implementation and/or planning of various leisure activities
• Participation in handover meetings
• Participation in regular meetings of the evening, night, and weekend team

Your profile

• Resilient, proactive, and independent personality with high social competence
• Flexibility for short-term assignments
• Enjoyment in accompanying, encouraging, and humorous interaction with adult men with an addiction disorder
• Minimum age 25 years
• Driver's license category B
• Basic computer skills
