You welcome customers, coordinate workshop appointments, find solutions, and ensure our customers are always well informed.

You work closely with the workshop and the spare parts warehouse and ensure that orders are planned efficiently, processed cleanly, and completed on time.

What to expect

• You advise our customers personally, by phone, and digitally.

• You plan and coordinate workshop appointments.

• You prepare quotes, workshop orders, and invoices.

• You coordinate the collaboration between customers, workshop, and spare parts warehouse.

• You inform our customers transparently about repairs, costs, and appointments.

• You ensure a professional and smooth service process.

What you bring

You have a technical or automotive technical basic education and ideally have already gained experience in customer service.

You work in a structured way, think holistically, and enjoy daily contact with people.

If you also bring enthusiasm for commercial vehicles, like taking responsibility, and act solution-oriented even in demanding situations, you are a perfect fit for us.

A category B driving licence is a prerequisite. Category C/CE is an advantage or you are willing to obtain it.
