Specialist in Planning and Scheduling (m/f/d) 80-100%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Specialist in Planning and Scheduling at our Zofingen location, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You create personnel deployment planning (monthly and daily scheduling) including holiday planning, daily scheduling and vehicle allocation, and plan vehicle maintenance in cooperation with the workshop
- You plan rail replacements and extra services and take on the supervision of the control centre as well as on-call duties
- You assist with timetable planning, duty scheduling, vehicle circulation planning and support projects
- You are the safety officer of the operation
- You participate in projects
Your profile
- Completed training as a road dispatcher, professional examination as a public transport specialist, or commercial/technical basic training
- Several years of experience as a dispatcher in public transport
- Confident use of MS Office, duty scheduling software DIVA and IVU.crew
- Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking with a high degree of personal responsibility and willingness to take on role model tasks
- Flexible, resilient, team-oriented, open, reliable, punctual
- Driving licence category D is an advantage or willingness to obtain it / category B mandatory
- Residence in the Zofingen catchment area (max. 25 minutes), including impeccable traffic record (ADMAS / IVZ)
