Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) 60% – 80%

Your tasks:
- Holistic care: You care for and support people in their home environment with great empathy and patience
- Medical & documentation: You assist with nursing and medical tasks, and independently maintain the nursing documentation
- Case management & support: You support the qualified nursing staff in case management tasks and accompany the relatives
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
- You enjoy working independently, responsibly and flexibly
- You enrich the team with your cheerful and committed manner
- You hold a valid category B driving licence
