Become part of our international Junior Management Programme and start with us as a Business Developer (m/f/d) / Product Management Business Analyst (m/f/d). During the programme, you will go through three different stations. In addition, you will get to know our exciting, intercultural and innovative locations in Greifensee – Switzerland and Columbus, Ohio – USA. Afterwards, an exciting position with leadership responsibility for a team or a project awaits you. Stage 1: Build and expand expertise / network At the Greifensee location, you will start in the Business Area Service in the field of product management including pricing, developing and introducing new service products, business analyses for strategy and corporate development as well as implementation of marketing and sales campaigns. You will report directly to the Head of Business Area Service. Your tasks in detail: Implementation and optimisation of pricing as well as its transformation/interpretation into the business. Support of strategy and corporate development (Business Development). Conducting data analyses for planning and implementing improvement initiatives (Data Analytics). Planning and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and Service Sales. Development / introduction of new service products (Business Analysis & Implementation). Participation in and execution of projects within the Swiss Service Organisation. Stage 2: Foreign assignment After about 2 years, we will send you abroad: Columbus, Ohio – USA. For 12-18 months, you will work in one of our sister companies at the above-mentioned location. Stage 3: First leadership role In the third year of the programme, you will already take on leadership responsibility for a team or a project within our organisation as the first step of your management career.
