Manufacturing Technician

Your Tasks

• You lead technical manufacturing projects and are responsible for the continuous development of equipment, processes and manufacturing aids
• You implement technical adjustments to existing production systems, supervise them and continuously optimise them
• You ensure an efficient, stable and modern production environment
• You plan, design and realise manufacturing aids, fixtures and prototypes
• You create technical drawings and 3D models
• You work closely with production, engineering, quality and other internal interfaces
• You lead or support technical improvement, optimisation and innovation projects
• Prospectively: You take on international projects in the field of strip galvanising and are ready for worldwide assignments

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, polymechanic, locksmith or mechanical engineer
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment and experience in project management
• Sound knowledge of 3D-CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor or similar programmes)
• Good German and English skills
• High commitment and motivation to actively shape change
• Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset
• Careful working style and a high degree of reliability
• A structured, methodical approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness for international assignments and motivation to develop into a project manager for strip galvanising within the next 2–3 years
