Your tasks

• Planning the deployment of rental and replacement vehicles
• Preparation of rental contracts and billing as well as handling vehicle handover and return
• Coordination of maintenance and care of rental and replacement vehicles
• Reading out and further charging of incurred performance-based heavy vehicle fees
• Answering telephone calls at reception
• Looking after the coffee bar
• Welcoming and forwarding customers

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent training with good IT skills
• Knowledge of commercial vehicles is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a neat appearance
• Good organisational skills and willingness to work flexible hours
• Resilient, friendly and positive personality
• Very good German skills as well as French or English are an advantage
• Driving licence category C is an advantage
