Your team
Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
Contribute to the management and optimization of client data in banking operational systems, ensuring quality service and maintaining an accurate, consistent, and reliable database. You will play a key role in complying with internal procedures and regulatory requirements while supporting the Bank's various business lines.
Your role
• Client data management:
o Analyze and verify the compliance of documents and instructions related to client account modification requests.
o Accurately record changes, services, documents, and other client data in the underlying banking systems.
o Perform quality checks, investigations, and follow up on necessary corrections.
• Support and collaboration:
o Provide proactive support to managers and relationship officers by answering their questions and handling their information requests.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strict application of regulations, tax rules, and current guidelines.
• Participation in projects and initiatives:
o Actively contribute to regulatory or internal projects aimed at improving data management processes and tools.
o Participate in data reviews and testing campaigns to ensure the quality and compliance of information.
Your profile
• CFC, Bachelor/Master, ideally with initial experience in the banking sector
• Ability to quickly grasp complex and cross-functional processes.
• Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of IT tools, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of the Avaloq banking tool is an asset.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Quality-oriented, with an analytical mind and great attention to detail.
• Curiosity, innovative spirit, and a taste for continuous process improvement.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is an asset.
• Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
