Your Tasks
You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and support service for our residents, handle a wide range of everyday situations with your modern understanding of care, and share responsibility for designing and implementing care processes. You approach the individual needs and wishes of the residents with respect and mindfulness. You take on daily responsibility in shift work, without night duty. You enjoy supporting and mentoring trainees and staff. As a qualified nurse, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of care processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI). You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Open and constructive personality
