Tasks
- You take responsibility for the technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management of your property portfolio
- You are responsible for the property budget
- You plan and are responsible for construction measures
- You take on project management tasks in the area of structural maintenance
- You carry out contract management
Expectations
- Basic training in construction or technical field
- Further education in property management (SVIT) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment, e.g. construction and project management
- Good IT user skills
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Networked and analytical thinking
- Confident manner, assertiveness, reliability and service orientation
