80% Legal Officer (Fixed-term Contract)

Its forward-looking and regulatory action aims both to protect the natural foundations of life and to create a harmonious built environment free from hazards, favourable to housing, social life and economic activities. It establishes the cantonal master plan, controls the conformity of municipal planning with land use regulations and coordinates building permit procedures.

As a legal officer, you collaborate on various tasks within the service by providing your legal expertise to a multidisciplinary team. In particular, you verify the relevance and consistency of municipal land use regulations while drafting decision proposals related to the granting of building permits. Furthermore, you lead the revisions of legislation governing land use and construction and establish cantonal planning.

The position is offered for a duration of 7 to 8 months as a replacement due to maternity leave.

Holder of a legal education, complemented by a specialisation or experience in land use planning acquired within a private office or a public administration, you possess good knowledge of administrative procedure.

Endowed with a proven sense of communication and negotiation, you have skills in real estate expertise.

Holding a lawyer's certificate is an additional asset.
