Foreman Road Construction
Your contribution with us
- You lead and coordinate your construction site team
- You organise the daily workflows on the construction site
- You plan the deployment of personnel, construction machinery, equipment and materials
- You ensure professional, economical and timely execution
- You coordinate the work with the site management and other parties involved
- You keep reports, prepare measurements and document construction progress
- You ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
What counts for us
- Completed training in construction, ideally as a road builder EFZ
- Further training as a foreman or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in road and civil engineering
- Experience in leading and organising construction site teams
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence category B
