Vocational School Teacher mbA for Vocational Subject Teaching (Automation Technician) (18 Weekly Lessons) 69%From the spring semester 2027, we are looking for a committed and proactive vocational school teacher mbA. You will accompany and support our apprentices in their basic vocational training (apprentice instruction). With us, you have the chance to develop new training concepts in an innovative and multifunctional learning and working environment and to implement your ideas creatively. Your tasks
- You impart practical specialist knowledge to our apprentices in vocational subject teaching for electronics technicians and automation technicians and accompany them on their path through basic vocational training.
- You design varied, practice-oriented and contemporary lessons, ensuring the connection to professional practice.
- You promote the professional and social development of our apprentices and support them individually in their learning process.
- You continuously develop your teaching and use modern technologies, digital tools and innovative teaching methods purposefully.
- You actively contribute to the faculty and participate in the further development of teaching and our school.
Your profile
- You have completed a technical degree and hold the diploma as a vocational school teacher for vocational subjects as your main profession.
- You have sound specialist knowledge and ideally bring practical professional experience in your field.
- You enjoy inspiring young people with vocational content and conveying your expertise in a practical way.
- You are open to new teaching methods and have a high technological affinity to effectively integrate modern tools and digital media into your teaching.
- You accompany our apprentices with commitment and social competence in their professional and personal development.
