Job Description

• Advising and supporting the Victorinox Group in all legal matters with a focus on contract law, distribution, competition and antitrust law, as well as product safety and product liability law and product compliance
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating national and international contracts
• Handling corporate law matters and supporting the assurance of legally compliant corporate governance
• Supporting the assurance and further development of compliance structures as well as adherence to regulatory requirements
• Identifying, assessing and minimising legal risks and developing legally compliant recommendations for action

Profile

• Completed studies in law (Master/Licentiate) with Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as an in-house legal counsel in an internationally active company
• Sound knowledge of contract, distribution, competition and antitrust law, corporate law as well as product safety and product liability law and product compliance
• Experience in compliance is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as understanding of business contexts and the entire value chain of an internationally active company
• Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
