Job Description
- Advising and supporting the Victorinox Group in all legal matters with a focus on contract law, distribution, competition and antitrust law, as well as product safety and product liability law and product compliance
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating national and international contracts
- Handling corporate law matters and supporting the assurance of legally compliant corporate governance
- Supporting the assurance and further development of compliance structures as well as adherence to regulatory requirements
- Identifying, assessing and minimising legal risks and developing legally compliant recommendations for action
Profile
- Completed studies in law (Master/Licentiate) with Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as an in-house legal counsel in an internationally active company
- Sound knowledge of contract, distribution, competition and antitrust law, corporate law as well as product safety and product liability law and product compliance
- Experience in compliance is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as understanding of business contexts and the entire value chain of an internationally active company
- Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
