Shift Manager (100%) Café & Bar Zurich Airport

• Passionate host role & active participation in daily business
• Contact person for feedback and wishes of our guests
• Operational shift management of the respective department
• Administrative and operational tasks with own area of responsibility
• Compliance with and promotion of defined quality and hygiene standards
• Monitoring of operational processes according to the specified standards
• You lead your shift and ensure a smooth process
• Training, promotion and motivation of employees
• Ensuring the flow of information
• Role model function

For this challenging position, we are looking for a very committed and open personality with an eye for detail as well as a structured, team- and process-oriented way of working. You have a pronounced organisational talent and enjoy supporting employees in their development.

• Passionate host role
• Certified restaurant professional EFZ
• Proven first leadership experience in a similar position
• You speak fluent German and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• You use the MS Office suite skilfully
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work between 6.00 am and 9.30 pm in a 7-day operation)
