Your tasks:

• You support the Head of Nursing in organising and leading the team, including creating duty rosters, ordering materials, as well as carrying out and coordinating assessments in everyday nursing care.
• With your appreciative and empathetic manner, you professionally care for our patients and their relatives, addressing their individual needs.
• You promote constructive interdisciplinary collaboration and thus contribute significantly to ensuring high-quality nursing and care.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and already have some leadership experience.
• You are proficient in applying and implementing nursing models, such as the Nancy Roper model, as well as in using PCs and electronic patient documentation systems (KISIM, Polypoint).
• Your heart beats for nursing, and you convince with high motivation, commitment, and also assertiveness.
