Health Specialist EFZ as Permanent Night WatchYOUR TASKS

• You work closely with the main night watch (certified nursing specialist HF) and support the SRK nursing assistants on site with your expertise
• You ensure professional, respectful, and needs-oriented care and support of our residents
• You perform nursing and medical tasks according to your training
• You ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during the night and act professionally in emergency situations
• You document your observations and care measures comprehensively in the care documentation (easyDOK) and ensure a smooth handover of shifts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Nursing experience and enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care
• A respectful and appreciative approach to elderly people is a matter of course for you
• You work independently, responsibly, and enjoy contributing your own ideas
• You are willing to work permanently in night shifts
• Returnees are warmly welcome
