We are looking for you as a SUSA Planner for DB InfraGO AG at the Koblenz location as soon as possible. (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for ensuring performance-, cost-, schedule- and quality-compliant order planning of infrastructure measures according to economic principles and valid regulations in the field of welding and grinding technical reprocessing (SUSA)
- You coordinate capacities with internal and external partners and determine the machines, tools and workflows
- Coordination with internal specialist departments and external contractors as well as planning of immediate measures are also part of your tasks
- You coordinate all parties involved and have overall responsibility for the planning of your construction measure
- In addition, you initiate timely BBP registrations and Betra applications
- You document the completed maintenance measures and take over the follow-up control and reorganisation in case of deviations from the plan
Your profile:
- You have a (technical) university degree in civil or industrial engineering or a comparable field with a focus on railways – alternatively you are an IHK master craftsman with relevant professional experience in railway infrastructure or a comparable vocational training
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the track area in infrastructure projects or maintenance / work preparation
- Open and cooperative communication as well as negotiation skills, especially with internal and external clients, characterise you as much as your organisational skills in planning construction measures
- You possess a high degree of teamwork, initiative and resilience to stress
- You are very proficient with the usual MS Office software applications
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with SAP R/3 Network
