At Busbetrieb Seetal-Freiamt AG, you take on responsibility and ensure that our scheduled buses are safe and reliable on the road.
Your Tasks
- You take on the technical management of our workshop, lead the team in technical matters and ensure that our scheduled bus fleet is always reliable and safe on the road.
- You independently carry out maintenance, repair and diagnostic work on our buses with craftsmanship – from fault finding through mechanical repair to quality control, you always keep an overview.
- The procurement of spare parts and materials as well as the professional management of our spare parts warehouse are your responsibility.
- Together with manufacturers, suppliers and external partners, you ensure smooth technical operations and support the technical on-call service.
- As deputy to the operations manager, you also actively contribute to operational matters.
Your Profile
- You have a technical basic education in vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery or a comparable field as well as practical experience in vehicle maintenance – tinkering and mechanics are your world.
- You perform maintenance, diagnostic and repair work safely and professionally.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the technical management or coordination of a workshop team or a clear desire to take on this responsibility.
- Enjoyment of varied tasks, a high level of commitment, manual dexterity and pleasure in working in a well-coordinated team characterise you as a person and team player.
- A category D driving licence is an advantage or the willingness to obtain one.
