Tasks

Team leadership and coordination on the construction site
Implementation of new build and renovation projects in private and public gardens
Allocation and guidance of employees
Ensuring quality, efficiency and adherence to deadlines
Responsibility for machines, equipment and materials
Compliance with safety regulations and order on the construction site
Digital reporting of work

Requirements

Gardener with Federal VET Diploma in Garden and Landscape Construction
Experience as a foreman or in a similar role
Driving licence category B (trailer test BE advantageous)
Customer-friendly demeanour
