We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and reliable personality who manages the reception area with professionalism, organizational talent, and a smile on their face and supports the daily office routine.

Working hours:
Daily shifts from Monday to Friday
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of customers, guests, and visitors
- Management of access authorizations and badges
- Enforcement of applicable behavioral rules
- Managing the shop sales
- Management of visitor parking spaces
- Various tasks in the area of security (e.g., opening and closing the main entrance, monitoring and operating the alarm panel, patrol rounds, etc.)
Your profile:
- Completed training in the commercial sector or service sector
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Very good manners and a neat appearance
