As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a machine operator for switch transport wagons (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Oberhausen location with nationwide assembly assignments for our construction site logistics.
Your tasks:
- Safe and compliant operation of the switch transport wagons in the logistics unit of the Bahnbau Gruppe
- Careful handling of the provided technology
- Compliance with general technical rules, determination of operational safety within the framework of applicable regulations and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating faults and irregularities as well as performing maintenance intervals
- Coordination on the construction site with site managers and logisticians to ensure timely completion of construction projects
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial-technical field (e.g. construction equipment operator, mechatronics technician, electrician, locksmith, metalworker, track layer) or have experience in the area of responsibility
- High technical understanding, affinity for railways, and motivation to participate in training and required qualifications
- Training as a brake test authorised person; wagon inspector, shunting assistant as well as basic hazardous goods training (RID / ADR-GGVSEB) is an advantage
- Willingness and flexibility for nationwide assembly assignments, including weekends and nights. A valid driving licence class B for the use of company vehicles
- The corresponding physical and psychological suitability will be checked by a company doctor as part of the selection process
