Team Leader Export Logistics 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss technology company with a strong international focus. The company develops and manufactures technically sophisticated machines and systems, combining modern technologies with high manufacturing and development expertise. Responsibilities:
You lead nine employees at two locations.
You ensure international goods supply according to demand.
You regularly analyse stocks, consumption, and requirements.
You coordinate procurement, calculation, and pricing for spare parts.
You manage collaboration with purchasing, logistics, production, and sales across locations.
You monitor delivery capability and inventory targets using defined key figures.
You continuously maintain master data and operational planning bases.
You further develop processes in export and supply chain.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in export, logistics, or supply chain.
You bring several years of experience in international order processing, disposition, or supply chain.
Leadership experience is an advantage; alternatively, you have corresponding leadership potential.
You are proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
You understand logistical contexts and can manage operational processes in a structured manner.
Analytical thinking and an independent working style characterise you.
You work solution-oriented and have a strong process affinity.
You command German fluently and English at a negotiation level.
