Junior Project Manager: Electrical Installations

You have already gained experience as a site-managing electrician or are successfully working as a service technician? Now you want to take the next step, assume more responsibility, and specifically develop towards project management? Then you are exactly right with us! At our location in Bassersdorf, we offer you the opportunity to combine your practical know-how with initial tasks in project management. You will gradually take responsibility for your own orders, develop professionally and personally, and at the same time stay close to practice. You can count on an experienced team where collaboration and mutual support are highly valued.

What to expect

• You will gain initial experience in handling smaller orders in the high and low voltage sectors.
• As a balance, you will support the branch with an operational deployment as a site manager or as a service technician initially at about 50%.
• You are responsible for the orders from concept to realisation with appropriate support.
• You capture customer wishes, develop specific solutions, and prepare needs-based offers.
• You coordinate the orders technically, in terms of scheduling and finances, and plan the optimal deployment of staff.
• After your individual induction period, you will independently advise our demanding customers and act as the central point of contact between our specialists, suppliers, and customers.

What you bring

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician or installation electrician.
• Looking back, you have already gained several years of practical professional experience.
• You have started or ideally even completed further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety.
• Your communication skills distinguish you, and you enjoy customer contact, teamwork, and technical innovations.
