What awaits you

• Support and assistance of the cleaning team in daily operational business
• Organisation and coordination of daily cleaning tasks as well as personnel deployment
• Ensuring the agreed cleaning quality and compliance with quality standards
• Inspection of completed work
• Support in onboarding and training new employees
• Support of the property manager
• Taking over the relief function in case of staff absences as well as holiday and absence cover

What you bring with you

• Initial experience in a leadership or coordination role is an advantage
• Good knowledge of building cleaning as well as handling cleaning agents and machines
• Good German skills, at least at level A2/B1
• Organisational talent and independent, reliable working style
• High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
