We are represented at locations in Affoltern am Albis, Basel, Niederbipp, Gossau SG, Amsteg and Weil am Rhein and offer the largest availability of machines throughout Switzerland – stationary and mobile. With a comprehensive range of services in building construction and civil engineering, track, landscaping and gardening as well as for special applications in bulk material installation, we set new standards in the industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as Deputy Workshop Manager.
Your Tasks
- General service, repair and diagnostic work
- Support of our workshop manager
- Deputising for the workshop manager during their absence
- Responsibility for various processes in the workshop as well as on customer construction sites
- Ensuring quality and deadline compliance
- Technical support for our machine operators, mechanics and apprentices
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic with professional experience
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage. Willingness to take on leadership responsibility is expected
- Responsible, reliable and proactive personality
- Flexibility and motivation to go beyond the usual extent when required
- Enjoyment of mechanics, hydraulics and electrics
- Willingness for professional training and personal development
