The Business Support is considered a competent point of contact for all matters of Facility Management by our internal and external customers. As a specialist in Technical Building Management, you will review, analyze, and advise the respective stakeholders on all questions of building technology.

For this versatile and exciting task, we are looking for a responsible professional with a high degree of initiative to support service management in Technical Building Management, starting immediately or by agreement. 

Your main tasks:

• You will handle technical inquiries from our internal and external customers 
• You will analyze data using Facility Management systems and Microsoft Office programs 
• You will take over the internal order processing for our most important customers 
• You will create offers and invoices 
• You will conduct correspondence with our branches in Switzerland and abroad 
• You will monitor and document the progress of customer orders 
• You will assist in preparing documents for meetings and training sessions 

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Technical Merchant with a federal certificate or commercial EFZ basic education with a pronounced interest in technology or technical EFZ basic education with proven commercial experience 
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of a second national language (French or Italian) is an advantage but not mandatory 
• You impress with a friendly, service-oriented personality 
• You possess a healthy assertiveness
