Surface Coater (Manual Electroplating)
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the ongoing monitoring of product quality and initiate appropriate corrective measures
- You assist with major maintenance work
- You ensure timely processing of complex customer parts
- You actively participate in the continuous improvement process
- You are interested in the professional training of 5 apprentices
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as a Surface Coater with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Relevant professional experience
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to identify improvement potentials and drive them forward
- Assertiveness, social skills and cooperative working style
