• You always accompany an experienced care person. You watch, ask, understand the daily routine. No pressure, no going it alone — you are new, that is intended.

• You independently take on first clients — with your companion always reachable by phone. You do personal care, support, document. Feedback after each assignment.
• 🧑 🎓 Step 3 — Independent round
• You do your round, know your clients. At the end of the internship you know: can you imagine a permanent position? So can we.

• 🔍 Theory part 2 of the SRK care assistant course completed — without this the internship may not start yet. Haven't done it yet? Contact us anyway — we will plan together.
• 🔍 Driving licence Cat. B — you drive daily from assignment to assignment. Mobility is mandatory in mobile care.
• 🔍 German skills B2 — you communicate daily with clients and relatives, even in difficult moments.
