- Ensuring a high quality of care for our clients at home
- Needs assessment according to interRAI up to the completion of the care process as the case-leading nurse
- Taking on nursing and administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist offices and doctors
- Project work and taking on additional tasks
Your profile
- Training as a Registered Nurse HF
- Professional experience in the outpatient sector is an advantage
- Appreciative communication culture and command of the German language in spoken and written form
- interRAI HC course or willingness to complete it
