Facility Maintenance Technician 80 – 100%

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you meet the following requirements:

Compulsory schooling completed, ideally as a maintenance practitioner or certified facility maintenance specialist EFZ, preferably with good electrical knowledge You hold a valid category B driving licence Native German speaker, good spoken French skills are an advantage Experience in building technology: operation and maintenance – housekeeping, facility management You are skilled in crafts and physically resilient You are reliable and have technical understanding You can correctly prioritise tasks You show initiative and work independently and solution-oriented Ideal age: 25 – 45 years

Your tasks:

Ensure access to buildings, for example small repair work (fences, electrical connections, etc.) and snow clearing in winter and outdoor maintenance of the site Carry out minor repairs to facilities, e.g. resolve and coordinate electrical connection issues, replace seals and other small parts Rectify general faults and call in specialists if necessary Treat special surfaces with special agents, for example wood installations, walls and ceilings General minor gardening work, such as mowing lawns, watering plants, etc. Properly store, maintain and clean general equipment and vehicles Check supplies and other materials Dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner or carry out recycling Set up special infrastructure for events and functions
