What you'll be doing here

You will facilitate the completion of the Critical Conservation research project and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the successful delivery of all its components.

Conduct field research on one of the project's sub-themes, evaluate the results, and translate them into research outputs.

Research, write, and publish academic articles in peer-reviewed formats, maintain the website, and deliver other agreed-upon outputs.

Contribute to the organization and facilitation of internal and public meetings, as well as other forms of project communication and dissemination targeting academic and professional audiences.

What you'll bring with you

MA or equivalent in heritage studies, heritage conservation, or a related field, along with a keen interest in the project's research questions.

Excel in communication, possess creative thinking skills, and engage confidently with practitioners and academic researchers.

Experience in inter- and transdisciplinary project work, coupled with a high degree of independence.

Active engagement in current debates, critical reflection on existing sources, and strong skills in interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork.

Relevant publication record and a strong work ethic; excellent command of academic and spoken English, and proficiency in one of the Swiss national languages, preferably German.
