at the Center for Health Law and Management in Healthcare
Start of employment: November 1, 2025 or by arrangement
The Center for Health Law and Management in Healthcare at the University of Bern is a central part of the Faculty of Law. It offers legal education, research, and continuing education in the field of health law and has also been integrated into the master's program in pharmacy since autumn 2020.
Furthermore, the center bundles its continuing education offerings in the "Management in Healthcare" program, which was developed in collaboration with the Faculties of Law, Economics, Social Sciences, and Medicine at the University of Bern. This interdisciplinary program includes several courses of study, including diploma and master's degrees (DAS, MAS) as well as certificate courses (CAS).
Tasks
The focus of the position is the organization and support of two of our university continuing education programs in Healthcare Management and Leadership. This includes, among other things:
- The announcement of the courses
- Assistance in preparing course materials
- Support of lecturers and participants on the course day as well as follow-up
In addition, tasks related to conferences, services in the areas of healthcare, law, politics, and economics, as well as general administrative work, create a varied working environment.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience
- Organizational skills

- Willingness to work flexibly
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs as well as an understanding of modern communication media
