What you can achieve
- You actively design and implement ward-specific goals and projects within the framework of the shared leadership model
- You conduct qualification, employee, and interview discussions and participate in personnel decisions
- You plan, control, and coordinate patient processes on the ward
- You ensure compliance with and further development of quality standards in patient care
- You are responsible for staff deployment planning and contribute to efficient resource utilisation
- You support your team in daily work and actively participate in patient care when necessary
- You take over the leadership and organisational tasks of the ward management in their absence
What you bring with you
- Completed nursing diploma HF/FH and several years of professional experience in acute care
- Leadership training or willingness to undertake appropriate further training
- Basic knowledge of process management
- Ability to confidently and profitably contribute to multiprofessional teams
- Solution- and implementation-oriented thinking and acting
- Knowledge of project management is an advantage
- Very good German skills; French and/or English skills are an advantage
